Occasionally we will surprise a client asking them why they want to do something. For example, many businesses believe they should have a brochure "just because." Now, obviously a brochure is a good thing. It gives you an added level of establishment and professionalism. But if it isn't given to the right people, and isn't properly designed to appeal to those people, it isn't going to reach its full potential.
