 With great honor we are thrilled to announce that the Family Worship Center has been voted – “The People’s Choice of DeKalb County as the Best Church to worship”. This is our second year in a row for this prestigious honor. Also we are honored for the third year in a row…”The People’s Choice of DeKalb County as the best Pastor: Terry DeHart”. We are greatly blessed with the best people at the Family Worship Center and dedicate both of these honors to our people. God is at work, while we are at work for Him. We recently finished construction on our sanctuary (Making room for you) that has given us 75 more seats; we are presently looking for propriety to build a new church

On January 1, 2006 people gathered everywhere to celebrate the New Year. Yet, for thousands of other people, that day will became the hardest day of their lives. It will have marked another year of failure.

What about you! What’s this year really going to be like for you? What about our church? What’s this year really going to be like for it? It’s up to you and me. So let’s start confessing that the church is going to rise up in Faith and love like a glorious body, driven by the power of Jesus himself.

Satan would like to stop it, but he can’t. It is far more powerful than he is---and it’s going to blow a hole in his operation that’s big enough for all the church to march through and it will let the whole world know that Jesus is truly Lord!

Welcome to the Family Worship Center official web-site. By the presence of God we welcome you to enter into a covenant with one another as one body in Christ. Therefore we will engage to walk in Christian love, striving for the advancement of the church, we promote its prosperity and spirituality. We sustain its worship and contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, which include the expenses of the church, the relief of the poor, and the spreading of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

The Family Worship Center will continue to maintain family and personal devotions, in order to religiously educate our children, and seek the salvation of our acquaintances. We further engage to watch over one another in love, remember one another in sickness and distress. We shall be slow to take offense but always ready for reconciliation, and mindful of the rules of our savior. As a ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ we will secure it without delay.

We are a family of spirit filled believers dedicated for the purpose of making a difference in our community and world. As one, united together in the love of Christ we shall…
